Platform / wOS™

One system. Built to run wellbeing properly.

The fibodo platform

fibodo is the operating system for wellbeing — a wOS™ designed to support how experiences actually work in the real world. It connects delivery, demand and proof into a single, coherent system — without forcing organisations into one rigid model.

What wOS™ is

wOS™ is fibodo's wellbeing operating system. It supports the full lifecycle of experience-led services: find - book - do - repeat. Not as separate tools. As one connected system. wOS™ is designed to work across fitness, sport, health and lifestyle services — and across operators, professionals, creators and partners.

Why an operating system (not "another platform")

Wellbeing delivery is typically fragmented: discovery happens in one place, bookings in another, delivery offline, reporting (if it exists) somewhere else. That fragmentation creates friction: admin overhead, poor utilisation, one-off participation, weak or unusable evidence. wOS™ exists to remove that fragmentation — by sitting where activity actually happens.

How the system works

wOS™ is modular by design and unified by shared infrastructure. At its core, it connects four layers:

Delivery

Sessions, classes, programmes, courses and events

Demand

Discovery, booking flows, payments and access

Operations

Scheduling, capacity, utilisation, staff and automation

Proof

What actually happened — the Wellbeing Ledger

Each layer works independently. Together, they create a system that can scale.

The Wellbeing Ledger (proof layer)

Because fibodo sits where real activity occurs, wOS™ includes a built-in evidence layer: the Wellbeing Ledger. The Ledger is a privacy-first record of what actually happened, based on real service behaviour — not assumptions or proxies.

It captures operational signals such as:

  • Bookings, attendance and repeat participation
  • Utilisation, time-to-fill and unmet demand
  • Spend, revenue mix and refunds (where relevant)
  • Time-to-book, drop-offs and responsiveness
  • Admin time returned through automation

Where permissioned, it can also incorporate user-reported wellbeing indicators. This turns wellbeing delivery into something that is measurable, improvable and credible at scale.

Product Architecture

wOS™ is delivered through a set of modular products — each designed for a specific role or context, and all built on the same operating infrastructure.

Organisations can start with one module and expand without re-platforming.

Integration-friendly by design

wOS™ is built to connect cleanly with the wider technology stack. Integrations extend capability without fragmenting the system. AI is used to reduce admin friction and improve support, activation and retention. Governance and control remain with the organisation, not the platform. This allows partners, operators and sectors to run their own ecosystems — under their own brand — with shared infrastructure underneath.

What wOS™ changes

wOS™ is designed to produce three system-level outcomes:

  • Sustainable careers — Lower admin burden, higher utilisation and stronger earnings quality.
  • Repeat participation — Reduced friction, better activation, retention and reactivation.
  • Decision-grade evidence — Credible, privacy-first proof that stands up in boardrooms and procurement.

Start where you need to

wOS™ is not an all-or-nothing system. You can deploy a single module, connect to existing tools, or build a full ecosystem over time. The operating system remains consistent underneath.

Built for trust and scale

wOS™ is designed for organisations that require security and privacy by default, governance and accountability, reliability over hype, and systems that don't break as they grow. Trust, compliance and resilience are covered in detail in our Trust Center.
