1. Information About Us

fibodo.com is a website operated by fibodo Limited (we, us, our). We are a company registered in England and Wales with company number 08904097 and have our registered office at 3rd Floor, 207 Regent Street, London W1B 3HH.

2. Terms of Use

2.1 This page (together with the documents referred to on it) sets out the Terms of Use on which Providers (you, your or Provider) may make use of CORE by fibodo, fibodo.com, findbookdo.com and fibodo mobile applications (together with any other software, provided to you by, or on behalf of, us, including both local and remotely accessed software and any update and/or upgrade to any of them) (together and separately, the Site).

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you start to use the Site. By using the Site, you indicate that you accept these Terms of Use, which include the privacy policy that applies to the Site (the Privacy Policy), and that you agree to abide by them.

2.2 Your use of the Site is subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use in full, you must not use the Site. A breach of these Terms of Use may result in your access, account and services being revoked.

2.3 We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Age

By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Provider and Provider Services

4.1 The Site provides a platform for activity providers (Providers) to list and sell their services (Provider Services) and for Users to book and pay for them. Any agreement for Provider Services is between the Provider and the User only.

fibodo does not provide Provider Services and is not responsible for them.

4.2 Providers must register to use the Site. These Terms apply to Providers; separate terms apply to Users.

4.3 The Site offers multiple plans as set out on the fibodo CORE website.

4.4 We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Site for business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4.5 We may suspend or close the Site without notice.

4.6 We do not verify User identities.

4.7 We may limit the number of Provider Services listed.

4.8 The Site may only be used to advertise and sell Provider Services.

4.9 Providers warrant they hold appropriate licences for commercial music and indemnify fibodo against copyright claims.

5. Account Security

Providers are responsible for all activity on their account and must keep credentials secure.

fibodo is not liable for losses resulting from password disclosure.

Providers must notify fibodo immediately of any unauthorised access.

6. Safety and Feedback

Providers use the Site at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety.

fibodo does not vet Users and is not liable for interactions.

7. Provider Accounts

Subscription plans automatically renew unless terminated.

Upgrades take effect immediately and may result in revised payment dates.

Providers must provide accurate registration information.

fibodo may remove listings or refuse access at its discretion.

8. Booking Provider Services

Booking confirmations are issued upon successful booking and payment.

9. Prices and Payment

fibodo may change payment methods at any time.

Prices include fibodo commission.

Providers must not list services on competing platforms.

Payments are remitted within seven working days, subject to deductions.

10. Cancellations, Refunds and Chargebacks

A binding contract is formed once a booking is confirmed.

Users may cancel in accordance with User Terms.

Chargebacks may result in withheld funds and additional fees.

11. Provider Obligations

• Comply with all applicable laws
• Provide accurate information
• Maintain appropriate insurance
• Perform services with due care and skill

12. Acceptable Use Policy

Providers must not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt or unlawfully access the Site.

13. Our Liability

The Site is provided on an “as is” basis.

Liability is limited to £100, subject to applicable law.

14. Indemnity

Providers agree to indemnify fibodo against third-party claims.

15. Content

Providers retain responsibility for uploaded content and grant fibodo a licence to use it.

16. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

17. Suspension and Termination

fibodo may suspend or terminate access at its discretion.

18. Linking

Links must not imply endorsement without consent.

19. Access

Automated access or scraping is prohibited without written consent.

20. Other Important Terms

These Terms constitute the entire agreement and are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
